What is AIESEC’s Internship Exchange Programme?

AIESEC’s Global Exchange Program provides opportunity for students to live and work in a foreign country for a length of time between 2 months to 18 months . Final year students may commence their internships shortly after leaving university. Undergraduates may also work abroad during the summer holidays or deferment of their studies. Each year 3,500 students, including over 40 Hong Kong students , participate in the Internship Exchange Program.

For over 50 years, AIESEC has mobilized thousands of young people to contribute to developing themselves, their countries, and the world to be one of peace, understanding and friendly co-operation. We deeply think that exchange is a powerful tool to develop a human kind. Through exchange, what individuals give and take are not only skills and experience, but also the impacts for the people around them, both their home and the place they stay ... so... from now on ... get an in depth understanding of our Global Exchange Program.

Who can apply?

AIESEC in HONG KONG members, who stayed in AIESEC for more than 6 months, had gone through Introduction to AIESEC   and Taking Responsibility stage in AIESEC and is currently University Student or fresh graduate from University, is eligible to apply for that.
