Since the inception, AIESEC is providing a great platform for young students in the city like Baroda to explore and develop their leadership potentials. For the same, AIESEC recruits almost 50 members twice a year and that us in February and August. After getting in AIESEC youngsters get a chance to learn and experience new things. There are also few more activities where in AIESEC helps students in sharpening themselves. Few oppurtunities that youngsters can get though AIESEC are:

• Working with Baroda's biggest NGO's.
• Working with Biggest heads in the city.
• Organizing a conference or an event.

Youngsters of india impact soceity on the issues of HIV/AIDS, Women Empowerment , Cultural Sesitivity etc. Addressing Corporate issues like entreprenueurship, Finance,  IT etc. GO abroad for an internship. They get in touch with big and small media houses in Baroda. Going direcly in the students and market and getting associated with them getting networks in 108 countries.

Membership of Baroda comprises of the youth that is really knowledgeable, practical, wants to work, passionate for working and adaptive.
