CONTRIBUTION
Ante has done a lot for AIESEC in Croatia and also for AIESEC globally. He gives his knowledge and experience whenever he has time and whenever we ask for it. He is founder of a NGO in Croatia, which will develop young people in Croatia.

Ante has been outstanding in his activities during his AIESEC careers and more so after as an alumnus. He has been helpful as a board member of AIESEC in Croatia where he served for two years. His initiative to help in the development of youth in Croatia has been very important especially by establishing a new organisation that offers opportunities for all its stakeholders. His passion for what he does and specifically youth development is of a high level and overall he sets a good example while at the same time being of great inspiration to other AIESEC members and young people collectively.

COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION
Work with volunteer organisations, Policy level decision making, Government institution development in Croatia this is all closely connected. Part of board of HMKS which is the coordinational body for Croatian youth living abroad and those that have returned to Croatia, work closely with the HSMU (the Croatian national youth union), on committee responsible for the implementation of the national youth programme, received national medal of honour for societal development, as war reporter/guide helped inform public about events

Founded NGO, Horizon

Worked with youth in cities in Croatia to help develop their cities, work with young people to realise their dreams, leadership development

ORGANISATIONAL CONTRIBUTION
In UD (now part of UDV/Diageo) part of Johnnie Walker Management Programme, for 12 selected up and coming managers from international region

Organised national dialogue and seminar on CSR for top execs and youth, took part in giving input to development of Diageo?s CSR programme
